I really wanted to like this, but it was just messy and hard to blend. I spent way too long trying to make it look even, and it still ended up patchy on me. Not saying it’s a scam, but… it definitely didn’t perform the way I expected.

My order ended up arriving late, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I kept checking it and started wondering if I was just being impatient, but it really didn’t give me much information. It did show up eventually, but the waiting and lack of updates were kind of frustrating.

I was trying to look up the full ingredient list before buying, but it just wasn’t easy to find or clear enough on the site. With skincare and makeup, I really need to know exactly what I’m putting on my face, so it felt frustrating that such basic info wasn’t more upfront.

Maybe it was there somewhere and I missed it, but it felt kind of hidden, like my concern didn’t really matter. I don’t want to have to email support just to get a simple ingredient list, and it made me trust the brand a lot less

I swear, every single shade I wanted was sold out again. At this point, I’m basically 100% convinced they disappear the second I decide to buy them. Super frustrating

Had a rough time dealing with customer service. I emailed them about my order and kept getting these short replies that didn’t really answer what I was asking. It felt like nobody actually read my message, just skimmed it or something. I had to follow up more than once and still never got a clear fix. Annoying overall, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.
